Adam was born in Paris, France and raised in Bridge City, TX. After graduating from high school in the spring of 2002, Adam moved to NYC and started working as a model. A short while after, a fashion photographer named Mario Testino noticed him. Adam was then cast for a Gucci underwear ad campaign in 2003 and eventually got more and more famous in the fashion industry. In 2004, Adam became a catalog model for Urban Outfitters. He is also co-owner of “Il Bastardo”, an Italian restaurant located in Chelsea, NY. The restaurant is sometimes featured on The City, and was shown for the first time on The Hills 4th season, Ep.14, when Whitney & Lauren traveled to NYC. They were invited by Adam and Whitney had a crush on Jay.
